When you have listed your home with me you will not be asked to lower the price
to sell it. It will be priced at market value and we will use "traffic" to sell
your home. Price does not sell homes, "traffic" sells homes. The
market value is not a set number it is in a price range. It is in a range
because each potential buyers place different values on the features of a home. The price is
subjective. How your home is "staged" and "promoted" to generate "traffic" will
