An Investor wants to maximize the return on investment by leveraging the equity in the property over time and typically needs a longer term forecast to provide the appreciation required to meet his or her investment objectives.

The parameters that create a Buyers, Sellers or Investors market are; mortgage rates, unemployment rate, new jobs rate, new housing unit rate, population growth, demand and inflation. 

We monitor these parameters and publish and email a Quarterly News Letter to convey  the trends and current market status. We also list the status of the major condo projects and the Waterfront Development Project. Our objective is to keep you informed on the Bellingham Real Estate Market.
