sky and powder snow at Mt Baker and drive there in one hour, being able to drive
to anyplace in the city in 15 minutes, being able to swim in a pristine lake
surrounded by nature with no powered watercraft, a salt water waterfront that
provides direct access to cruising in the San Juan and Canadian Gulf Islands,
1.5 hour commute to two cosmopolitan cites; Seattle WA to the South and
